Born in Chicago, Tortazo is a restaurant by Chef Rick Bayless celebrating the flavors and foods of Mexico City. Our specialty, the Torta, is a mainstay of everyday Mexican eating: a delicious, Mexican sandwich on a locally made Telera roll, absolutely bursting with flavor.
